Wildlife monitoring

Joining a wildlife survey is a great opportunity to get 'hands-on' with wildlife field work. It offers a unique experience to learn from experts, take part in research and gain experiences in key areas of ecology.

There are opportunities to assist with water vole searches with the Ellesmere Water Vole Group. Click here for the full programme.

Shropshire Mammal Group also offer opportunities for people to join mammal tracking and trapping sessions.
